You may have seen Google’s personalized home page. It is based on AJAX technologies, that allow a highly interactive environment for the user.

Other companies have expanded on the ideas that google made popular. A company called Netvibes gives users some great features and a very intuitive interface.

They use a login cookie to save the user’s settings, then the user sets their home page to their netvibes page.

This site appears to be becoming more popular. It’s open architecture is allowing them to go more and more global with their product.

One of my friends found the site, and it is quite impressive. If you like the google homepage, you will love Netvibes.
